Why West Valley plumbing has a consistent profile
The West Valley from Glendale through Goodyear and out to Buckeye was largely developed during the same era, using the same construction methods. Slab-on-grade foundations with copper supply lines became the standard in the 1990s, and most of the master-planned communities across this corridor were built in that window.
